I lost my phone.

Install WSMsg on a new phone and choose "Recover" with your recovery phrase. If you added a recovery email, recovery by email has a waiting period (7 days by default) as a protection against theft.

I lost my recovery phrase and my phone.

We cannot recover your account or messages. This is the cost of messages we cannot read.

Someone is bothering me.

Open the chat, use the menu, and choose Block or Report. Blocking is private; they are not told.

Security problem.
